INFO WAR -- For all in the #resistance who attack independent journalists

"In short, focus your energy on the fight against the enemy. " THREAD:

/ For all of those in the #resistance who attack @louisemensch @truefactsstated @20committee @stuxnetsource etc...
/ We are in an information war here, and if we don't understand that, we are sure to lose. The enemy knows any information can be useful
/ whether accurate or not, whether they like the source or not, whether the source is actually on their side or not. The biggest argument
/ that #resistance members use to argue against them is that they make the left look like crazy conspiracy theorists. This is a losing
/ tactic. The enemy doesn't care about ideological purity, looking crazy, inconsistency in their arguments, or anything. The enemy
/ behaves as if the past does not exist. They use whatever information helps them now, and if that information turns out to be wrong,
/ contradictory, politically inconvenient or embarrassing, they just move on, act as if they never said what they said and ridicule
/ anyone who tries to hold them to account. The argument that "we are better than them" is toothless. Never bring a knife to a gun fight.
/ Please don't interpret this as me saying that @louisemensch @truefactsstated @20committee @stuxnetsource are spreading lies, because
/ I do not believe that. They do their research in the open, and if you are willing to follow along, you can see the connections. Yes,
/ some use anonymous sources, and there is no way for us to verify their sources, but that is only a part of their reporting - most is
/ publicly available information. However, even their reporting using anonymous sources tends to get verified in mainstream media after
/ weeks or months. In short, focus your energy on the fight against the enemy. If someone seems crazy and you don't want to use their
/ information, don't use it. If you have better arguments, use them to add to the conversation, don't use them to subtract
/ others' arguments. The enemy knows this - use information additively, only refute that which actively undermines the cause. Let
/ anything else stand, even if inaccurate or even crazy, as long as it swells the ranks of the #resistance. END
