Trump's ass is going to prison

The NY AG has been going after the Dumpster for quite some time now. Considering he has teamed up with Mueller, it's only a matter of time before the Dumpster is hit with State felony charges and only the Democratic Governor can pardon him. A federal pardon will not save his ass. I just wish they could make this go down like yesterday instead of another month unto forever.

I would vote for in a heartbeat. Kristin Gillibrand is awesome. I'd also vote for Mike Bloomberg (I know many DUers hate him and I don't care - he was great for NYC). But yeah, Andrew would be good - I felt terrible when his wife cheated on him (it was like a soap opera). It was ugly and I lived in the same county so we heard ALL the dirt. Yuck.

his ass would already be in prison.
There is a Mount Everest of circumstantial evidence against drumpf and his family that should be enough to keep them behind bars for years to come.

So why hasn't it happened yet?

Impeachment and lawsuits will be the worst thing that will happen.

I don't see any former President going behind bars. Ever. Although Trump deserves it far more than Nixon.

Look at the photos of Pence clearing debris in Texas.

If Trump is backed into a corner, he'll resign. Pence will pardon him or he'll pardon himself. I know he can't pardon himself for state crimes, but maybe if he just leaves, he'll never be charged.

He's not going to prison.

he's got enough money for enough capable lawyers to be able to delay things for years and years and years. very likely until after his four years are up (assuming he lasts that long).

at that point, new york state might be happy to settle for 9 figures. maybe even only 8.

If you read it more carefully, the Constitution doesn't actually expressly forbid a sitting president from being indicted.

Here's just one of a few recent articles that make an excellent case for it being possible...

My mother is ill, so I'm in Texas. Eye opener. People here take this evil man seriously. They love him & respect him
...especially if he gives them their tax breaks, & many are wealthy. My mother is okay financially, definitely not wealthy, but she won't benefit from DTs programs, but the other relatives will. She is just surrounded by people she thinks know. I tried to tell her, but she is too old &bull headed to understand. However, Medicare sends people in 3 x per week to help her. How nice of Trump.

They don't like McCain anymore because he's lost his mind, the way he treated DT. Of course, they voted for him before the Repubs were hijacked by the Trumpsters.
