A French guerrilla artist unveiled Thursday a massive installation at the U.S.-Mexico border that depicts a child peering over the border fence.
The Parisian artist known by the pseudonym "JR" and sometimes called the French Banksy tweeted a video and an image of his work in progress, a roughly 30-foot-tall photo mounted on scaffolding on the Mexican side of the fence, as first reported by Mashable.
