free access to NYTimes.com for 3 months if you are a local Google Guide

https://maps.google.com/localguides/home

I don't think that site has the offer. I just got the offer in my email.

1. I'm a Google Guide

but not a very good one. Lol. It's true, though. So I might not qualify.

3. Maybe they're trying to guilt us

into doing a little work for a change. Lol.

4. only reason I've done any work at all is my recent trip to Chicago lol

and that was quite by accident haha

Maybe if I get terribly bored, I'll do something locally.

5. All I've done has been locally.

But sometimes I worry that I should know more about a place I've been or if I'm remembering details correctly. Like being handicapped accessible. I would hate to have said yes thinking I remember it that way and find out I was mistaken and inconvenienced someone who depended on it. Plus I really don't go to that many different places. Like I said, I'm a terrible guide. Lol
