Tax Bill still needs to go back to the House!!

THIS IS WHY WE DEMONSTRATE!

6) If the Senate passes the bill, the House could either take it up and pass it as is or the two chambers could enter into conference negotiations to produce a new plan.

Both the Senate and House would need to pass the conference bill, which requires 50 votes again in the Senate and a bare majority, 218 members, in the House.

They can lose more votes in the House than the Senate, and those votes have more cover. The frank truth is that thanks to McCain, Collins, and Murkowski the Senate is actually more cool-headed than the House right now.

Copied from Michael Moore's Facebook page.....

"The Republican Party is the enemy of the American people. The Senate just passed the Trump Tax Increase, 1:50am, enriching the 1% & concentrating wealth in the hands of the few. Capitalism & Fascism. The coup is underway. Make no mistake about it. EVERYONE OFF THE BENCH! 11/6/18! For the rest of this weekend we need to get into the streets. Nonviolence. Tomorrow (Sat & Sun) take a homemade sign and a bunch of friends to the local federal building, to your Senator’s office, to the town square and make your voice heard!"

in Washington to express their displeasure with this bill

2018 is right around the corner, and it is difficult for me to believe that those who make 50-75K a year, are going to see their condition in life improved by the estimated 850/year tax cut they will see from this bill, especially since the removal of the individual mandate would cause chaos and significantly increased premium risk in health insurance, which could not be offset by that 850 dollars per year
