African-American newspaper denied credentials for Spokane Trump rally

The Spokesman-Review reports a Trump campaign email received by Black Lens editor Sandra Williams said the campaign respects all media but due to venue sizes, media space, and safety they must limit credentialed media.
Other local media outlets have received credentials for the event.
Williams told The Spokesman her gut tells her Trump doesn't want a black newspaper covering what he says. The Black Lens is published monthly and has a circulation of 1,000.
The Trump campaign didn't return calls from The Spokesman or emails from Williams seeking comment. Williams received media credentials for campaign stops with Bernie Sanders and former President Bill Clinton. The Trump campaign has denied media credentials to outlets considered unfavorable to him, including the Huffington Post.
