Members of President Donald Trumps bogus election integrity commission vice chaired by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) used personal email to conduct official business, according to a legal document filed Tuesday.
According to a joint status report filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, members of the panel have been using personal email accounts rather than federal government systems to conduct Commission work.
The report said that usage is a violation of the Presidential Records Act and noted that lawyers for the commission said they did not yet have any settled plan for how they would collect emails from these personal, non-federal government systems.
The commissions lawyers filed the status report as part of a lawsuit the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law brought in July against the panel at large, a number of its members and a number of federal offices.

What is so funny is I am immensely enjoying "Narcos" on Netflix about the Colombian cocaine business starting with Escobar.
Routinely stuff goes south on the DEA because of the corrupt politicians, but I would take any of those guys or gals down there over Trump any day.
