Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin now? And less then 24 hours after the mass shooting California.

How much longer will this country keep this blood bath going on?

Fuck the NRA.

I remember during his inaugural speech. The carnage is now an everyday event and is only getting worst under him as he pushes out the hate and racism in this country.

the NRA zealots saying that their right to own a gun trumps your child's right to live ..... this was right after Newtown. I think they are mentally ill.

The blood bath will never stop during your lifetime. A steady drip drip drip of mass shootings; some familycides (like this), some incels (like Gilroy), some sociopaths (Las Vegas), spaced out every couple weeks to couple months so that it will fade from public consciousness and political action remains impossible.

It took 40 years to get to this dystopia; it will take 40 to get back from it. I'm 55, and I don't expect to see it stop.

it's happened so many times that it barely makes the news and people think it was the California shooting without realizing that it was a different one in Wisconsin. This is the new normal and people are used to it.

Are met with hyperbolic denunciations.

The best defense? Be lucky, avoid gun owners and crowds.

Where your neighbor cuts your grass, cleans up your
snow, and wouldn't think of taking a dime to do it.

You want to talk about real family and or American values go to a town like Chippawe Falls, Dechora Iowa, or about million other places in America.

They've both since died, and their kids sold the resort.

But it was great visiting them up there years back.

Some asshole takes a couple (or more) shots at someone they are angry with, and a bullet goes through the wall and wounds or kills a total innocent.

A 2 year old little girl was shot that way and killed in Milwaukee recently.

20. "Sheriff: Wisconsin gunman may have imitated Closs kidnapping"

"A Wisconsin man killed three of his family members before blasting his way into the home of a stranger he had been harassing through text messages and killing her, authorities said Tuesday, speculating that he may have been trying to imitate last year's home invasion and abduction of teenager Jayme Closs.

Ritchie German Jr., 33, shot his mother, brother and 8-year-old nephew at their home in Lafayette, likely on or before Saturday morning, Chippewa County Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk said at a news conference. On Sunday night, he drove about 10 miles (16 kilometers) to the Lake Hallie home of 24-year-old Laile Vang, blasted his way inside with a shotgun, and shot and wounded her parents before killing her. He then killed himself in the home, where several others were hiding, the sheriff said.

German left his car running outside of the Vangs' home and had items in it — including handcuffs and a loaded handgun clip — that led investigators to believe he could have been planning to imitate last October's deadly home invasion and abduction of Jayme from her family's home just 40 miles (65 kilometers) away, the sheriff said. In both cases, the attackers used guns to blast their way into the homes.
-------------------snip-------------------
"A couple of days before the attack, German sent unsolicited sexual texts to Laile Vang, but she apparently didn't know him and replied "Who is this? I don't know you," authorities said. Kowalczyk said there is no evidence that the two had ever met."

This was breaking news in my hometown paper online but still not a mention of it on USA Today in their headlines.
