China tells citizens to stockpile food as Covid controls are tightened

China has warned families to store food and other essentials in case of emergencies, as officials drastically tighten restrictions to control a small Covid-19 outbreak. Beijing’s already harsh “zero Covid” policies have grown even stricter as coronavirus cases climb in the country despite targeted lockdowns. 2. It's a hot mess...the CCP's anti-Western prop is at stupid levels recently
Foreigners (primarily those of dark skin color) are commonly being barred from businesses under pretext of Covid precautions.

And are forecasting shortages this winter. And more shortages due to supply chain breakdowns. As one news outlet put it, "Spinach right now is more expensive than pork".
