Sir Graham Brady, chair of the Conservative 1922 Committee, says 359 votes were cast. There were no spoilt ballots.

Under the Party rules, another no-confidence vote cannot occur for a year. However, A Parliamentary No-Confidence vote (requiring a majority of the entire House of Commons) is possible.

But I think it's debatable whether more than 40% of your own party very publicly stating that they want you to take a hike is a win.

given how much of a liability he's become for the Tories, according to recent polling.
Also, the 1922 Commitee rules do state he can't be challenged within the party again for 12 months, but those rules can be changed.
