Intense video - WATCH: Coronavirus Cause Chaos In Ecuador

WATCH: Coronavirus Cause Chaos In Ecuador

The coronavirus pandemic has left mortuaries overflowing in Ecuador causing public frustration. Despite implementing a national lockdown as early as February, the virus has rapidly spread in that country and authorities seem overwhelmed.

Ecuador, a country straddling the equator on South America’s west coast, has so far recorded about 7 257 coronavirus cases and 315 deaths.

Although the number of deaths and cases recorded in that country are way smaller than those recorded in other countries around the world the video below suggests that authorities have either neglected the situation or are overwhelmed.

Morgues overflowing with dead bodies and some families keep their deceased relatives at home as they are not getting assistance from the government.

It actually doesn't seem possible this could happen in the world we share. They are simply lost, for the moment. Those who keep trying to help others are absolute saints there.

past armed guards when they can pull it off, to bury them themselves, there are bodies being left on city bus benches, as that video shows, hospitals and morgues are overflowing, they are being stacked up everywhere, the president himself acknowledges the actual count is very much different from the "official" one, and there is a total breakdown in their system, as is reflected in videos and articles coming from Ecuador.

The total being published is nowhere near the number of people who have perished from this disease.

just for sanitation reasons. That scene reminds me of the Spanish Flu, especially in Phila where it hit super hard and fast. Ecuador does have the highest deaths per population out of all the South American countries by far (https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries). I doubt Brazil's will be low for long, but who knows with their leadership (too similar to tRump). It doesn't look like any country is able to help any other country for a long, long time. Times like this really show who the crazy dictators are and what lengths they'll go to to stay in power. Sick fucks, all of them. Half of N Korea could be dead and we would never know it, sort of like the concentration camps in Nazi Germany.
