FCC Chairman: Revoke the 27 Fox broadcast licenses News Corp. holds in the United States

The FCC has clearly defined rules regarding who is allowed to own broadcast frequencies in the United States. Specifically, firms run by people of "good character", who serve the "public interest", and speak with "candor". News Corp. has admitted to bribery, wire fraud, and both computer and phone hacking, all of which run afoul of the FCC's rules on who has the right to own these frequencies. The FCC has a duty to the media consumers of the United States to review the recent admission of illegal activity conducted by Rupert Murdoch's New Corp., and revoke their license to broadcast in the United States based on their illegal, unethical and egregious behavior.
