They really do go for the whole leader worship thing. Plus the swastika-style flag, and the supporting thugs - note the leader gives his rant flanked by a skinhead bodybuilder with folded arms, doing his best moronic bouncer impression.

The biggest reason why the Neo Nazis have come into power is that Greece's illegal immigrant policy is pretty much out of control. Xenophobia in Greek society is an all time high, especially when Greek's see their standard of living cut and then illegal immirgrants are treated far more humanely from their point of view.
Dark times ahead if austerity measures continue.
