Even with the state delegates Bernie picked up at the Clark County convention, Hillary will have more delegates at the national convention in Philadelphia. At best, Bernie may pick up two national delegates from Nevada on May 14, which would make the delegate count in Philadelphia as follows: 17 for Bernie, 18 for Hillary.

I don't blame you for getting confused. The entire two-year-long American election process is absurd and desperately in need of an overhaul.

It's the modern equivalent of the smoke-filled, backroom deals of yore, whereby corrupt party officials traded favors to steer elections in the direction they wanted.

Why would you support that?
