"Never Forget"..

"Is this the end of mankind?"...A question raised at the end of this video..This is a collection of news clips from important events.... warning, some of it is heartbreaking, very violent, and awful.. but it is all news that happened...5 minutes and 24 seconds..

As a species, we are capable of great and noble things, but we have turned our backs on those things in favor of 'maximizing profit.' And, yes, profit is a dirty word. And we have become a loathsome species - the earth is about to cast us off.

A year ago..the President of the United States was part of the good.
Now..The President of the United States is mean and hateful, loathsome as you say

People change, perhaps that can happen,
Also, perhaps events will not be as bad as we might think they will become...perhaps...
We will see.....thanks for your ideas on this.

"Man is capable of reason, he is not wise." Jonathan Swift understood and never stopped fighting against ignorance, oppression, and hatred. All anyone can do is fight the good fight using whatever tools and talents (and opportunity) they have, despite knowing that human history has unfortunately shown the human propensity to fight against it.
