I'm sure many of these friends are also friends of putine.

Maybe just real US people could also profit by betting the opposite on what he says he's going to do.

I don't know/won't know - don't have any extra money kicking around.

5. Don't expect store owners not to try and profit from this

I'd be particularly suspicious at goods that still end with .99 cents. Store owners love their .99 cents. You can guarantee that many store owners will be pushing 3.99 items to 4.99 etc.
