ballots that are disqualified b/o errors by the voters.
Not sure if you posted it here before but perhaps you will consider doing a repost.
I think there ought to be pressure on PBS all over the country to air short instructables for federal ballots and as many locals that share general info.
PBS has the potential to reach a wider audience than the internet. Many people have cut the cable and don't have access to computers.
The campaigns should put up some of their funds to pay for this.
