But, I sheepishly have to say that her name causes me to do a double-take. One can't help the name you are born with (and I assume that is not a 'chosen' name, but rather her 'given' name), but just as I did with Star Jones (when she started out as a "serious" legal commentator), I have to take a pause when I hear her name. I'm not trying to be critical of her... it is subconscious.

That said, kudos for her on this segment.

I understand he is in a red district, but I bet 90% of his constituents don't care, don't know, or don't understand what the filibuster is, how it affects them, and how beneficial it would be to get rid of it.

Legislation must be passed to help, even his constituents. Why doesn't he have the courage to explain it in detail to them? That is all it takes, that is his job, to explain and convince his constituents on why he is going to vote for a specific legislation, not doing it reflect very poorly on him.
