Pledging allegiance...

I heard this on the radio, and came home and found it on line. This is a "thing" in our household because from a very young age our daughter rebelled against saying the pledge, because she "didn't even know what all the words meant". We supported her, and fortunately her school didn't push back. Just a few side-eyes from teachers and other students.

Anyway, this bit is funny.

"On which side of that wall do you think the government forces its people to say a pledge of allegiance?"
