Where are these good cops we keep hearing about but never see? Too busy shooting a hoop or rollerblading with a minority kid all for a 20 second photo-op I guess.

As a Canadian I'm embarrassed by this behavior.
The police officers had no business even talking to this guy. He was not interfering with their operation.
They employed bully tactics and intimidation in the process of interfering with the guy who was filming.
They also disclosed that the person being filmed was being investigated for "marijuana". Which is weird, becausice oe Cannabis is legal in Canada, and possession of it, is not illegal. Smoking it in a parking lot, may be a civil concern, but not one that would bring police to the scene, and besides, it is irrelevant to what the guy filming was doing.
The police officer's comments about the camera, the lens condition and such was totally the sort of dialogue a bully would engage.
Pathetic behavior by the Toronto police.
These officers should be called to account for their behavior.
