I will be 68 in May and people tell me I do not look it. I do not feel it either. Nor have I had work done for the few wrinkles I have. Plenty of grey hair however.
A good skin care regimen for over 45 years, physical fitness, eating well, not smoking, not doing drugs, staying out of the sun, getting my sleep, keeping stress to a minimum, adds up over the years. That is my secret.

Jane Fonda has obviously had more than a little work done. Done skillfully, true, but nobody gets to 80 without life leaving a few lines.

(54,057 posts)The trick is to not let the lines define you, but to let them naturally be just another part. And she IS at ease with herself. After two rounds of cancer (one is called "the murderer" here, and she was that one in a thousand that survives it), the rest seems trivial.
