Only began happening the last few years. Before, once my head hit the pillow, I was out for for a good 7 hours.

I take both in the evening but Advil only if I am experiencing arthritis pain in my lower back (from sitting on my ass at the computer half the day).

I like the Melatonin. It really helps IMO...

I will fall asleep for a little while around midnight. Wake up somewhere between 2-3am and be up until 5-6am and then sleep again until around 11am until noon.

Except for weekdays when I have to log on by 9am for work, but it's nice not having to commute so I can actually wake up about 8:50 and just turn on my computer and I'm all set. I set my alarm for around 7:30, then again at 8am, then 8:20 and then I hit snooze until I absolutely have to get up.

I am so not a morning person.
