They were far superior to our Milky Way bars, at least in my family's opinion during our trip to Germany in the early 80's. Less caramel, better chocolate, etc.
My dumb older brother shipped us the USA Mars bars from his military base's store, after we requested more of those wonderful German versions of the Milky Way.
