standing over the crib.

From a developmental standpoint, you want an infant to struggle a bit for muscle development and brain wiring at critical points in the development stages.

I don't know where this picture was taken, but I have visited the ChengDu Panda Breeding Center in China.

It is huge and probably has more pandas in one place than any where else in the world.
The baby pandas are quite spoiled there. They have many nannies taking care of them, tons of bamboo to eat, toys and recreation centers for them. The baby pandas adore their nannies and follow and cling to them. The also love to cavort in the recreations centers. It is a sight to behold!

4. Adorable, but why is he in a human baby's crib? Why isn't he with his mom?

Maybe for a reason I don't know, but it just seems to me it should be with his/her mom.
