We get those downy woodpeckers all year by the dozen here in Illinois as a lot of places. They are fun.
They will wait in the surrounding trees in winter for their turns on the suet and peanut feeders. We also get a fair amount of Northern Flickers. The Pileated are harder to get as I've read that a single pair may have a territorial radius of 5 or 6 km.

right in my backyard. I love the Woodpeckers. I get Downies, Red Bellied, and the occasional Pileated.
I notice in the video that the ubiquitous Starling is raiding the suet block. I absolutely hate Starlings. They'll attack the other birds to protect "their" food source, and actually killed a Downy Woodpecker in my back yard. They'll wipe out a suet block in two days. There is nothing beneficial or worthwhile about Starlings. Nothing.
