(21,146 posts)could play with tunnels the same way. Got her a cube with two tunnels that are attachable to openings in the cube. They were an instant hit with the kitty. She can hide in them, stash things in them, ambush me from them, and slap the sides from inside if I tap the outside with my foot.
One day she was playing so hard in them that one tunnel detached. It is easily reattached, but she pulls them apart if I do that. She now moves the tunnels individually any place she wants them in order to keep any area covered.

(20,544 posts)in their pile of empty boxes. Don't use the cardboard boxes that had fresh produce in them because they sometimes put chemicals in them to retard spoilage but lots of others are OK.
