Let's take a break from all the strife here in the US and the world

and name your favorite rock guitar solos, it doesn't even have to be your favorite rock band.
Here are my 2 favorite:

Pink Floyd's On The Turning Away Live Pulse:



David Gilmour is amazing, listen to the end, it's worth it if your into Pink Floyd.

Dire Straits Alchemy Live.

Mark Knopfler is beyond amazing with his guitar work, along with the drummer who doesn't miss a beat, and I love the energy from the whole band.

I was at the 1981 Concert in Japan, and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

There are so many amazing guitar players out there, we could go for a hundred years naming them and still not get them all.

but finishes with such energy and life. An all time favorite of mine from my younger years.

I guess technically it's not "rock" either, more blues, I guess. But then, I don't pay a lot of attention to genres, I just like what I like.
