Made some chicken vegetable soup in the crock pot yesterday.

So glad that I did. The perfect lunch for today's cold weather after yesterday's storm.

2. Wish that I'd made it earlier yesterday.

Could have used it during the storm, but didn't get around to it until later in the evening.

We're up to 6 degrees today with a wind chill of -20. Yesterday it was -6 with a wind chill of -33.

Feels warm after yesterday.

The chicken soup really hit the spot for me.
