Last night on the Discovery channel I watched a wonderful doc (or was it a fake?) about a maneating tiger in northern India, and right after it there was a program about werewolves that appeared to be presented like a real documentary.
I HATE mockumentaries. I know there are no real werewolves (or mermaids...anyone remember that one?) but once in a while theres one that fools me, like the one about the big shark that supposedly bit a hole in a fishing boat in South Africa and sank it, killing all aboard.
How do you all feel about mockumentaries?

(12,145 posts)3. I agree. The ones that
present themselves as real documentaries aren't funny, though. They're like tabloid stuff.
Airplane is a hoot.
