Took about 3 hours, or so I was told. I don't remember a thing.
When I went back this morning to have them change the dressing I got a look at things- my toes were actually STRAIGHT. For the first time in many years. Of course, the steel rods poking out the ends of my toes may have had something to do with it, but they'll be removed as my feet heal.
I'm off my feet for at least a month. Gonna be a long, boring summer. For a little while I'll be on Oxy for the pain. Hope that stops soon- I hate Oxy. I need it, but I hate it.
On edit: Looks like I made it seem they did both feet. They did only the right one.

It's a godsend for people with waist or lower injuries who want to get their heart rate up/stay active.

I do a one hour cardio workout on a beast similar to the one you posted, three times a week. I also do some weight training.
My resting heart rate is 50 bpm. In a little over a week I'll be sixty years old.
