Need help with a word

It describes a personality type, your basic used car salesman, manipulative, lies through his teeth, gaslights, you end up doing things you don't want to do through pure force if personality.

The word is not narcissistic, machevilian, huckster, sociopathic, psychopath or molester.

You can spot them from a distance because they rock on their heels and fiddle with things in their pockets.

who operate on the level of Trump and Putin?

Crime leader, murderer, child molester, rapist, extortionist, drug trafficker, human trafficker, terrorist, theft, tax evader, whoremonger, liar, deceiver, and so much more? That would be:

"Keyzer Soze". The main antagonist in the 1995 movie "The Usual Suspects", played by Kevin Spacey.

The Urban Dictionary definition: Keyzer Soze = The Devil himself.

I leave it to you to make it into one-word adjective, if it satisfies your need.

Shyster however, is more often used for lawyers and politicians. I also love the term flim-flam as in that lovely George C. Scott movie Flim-flam Man.

Regardless of the term used, many of them do fit the mold of a psychopath, which can be a characteristic of many people to varying degrees.

My abusive son is trying to work his way around a restraining order and worm his way back into my life with various scams. I was grasping for one word that describes the process.
