Chris De Burgh Don't Pay The Ferryman (Original Official)

?t=1

This song is based on the Greek Myth that when we die he must cross over the river Styx to reach our eternal peace in Hades. The Ferry Man will take you across the river, but don't pay him until you get across because he will push over board, if you pay him before landing.

Has a big sound with 3 distinct guitars, at least 7 keyboard sounds (including the horns, which are clearly samples) & his big voice.
It owes something to Jim Steinman, but the production is cleaner & less dense.
