Pontiac biz owner gets backlash over racist post




A Pontiac business owner is receiving major online backlash after a photo containing a racial slur to was posted to his Facebook page.

The photo, which shows a woman and a man remaining seated for the national anthem during a recent Detroit Lions Game, is captioned with the words “Ignorant n-----s” over the picture. The Facebook caption reads: “You wana sit down for the national anthem? You dont like our country then get tge f--k outttt,”

The photo was allegedly posted by David Doptis, owner of Restaurant Liquidations Auctions LLC in Pontiac. It’s been shared thousands of times across Facebook groups and personal pages over the last 48-hours.

Fox 2 reportedly caught up with Doptis, who according to their report, denies posting the photo and subsequent caption. Calls placed to Doptis and his business were not immediately returned.
