1. In a sane world...
Claire should be able to cream all three of these clown's corn, even if they all ran against her at the same time. I think all three are absolutely terrible candidates, and I don't understand why it's even close. But if I had to choose, I would choose Brunner as the candidate of choice to lose to Claire. I don't know why, I guess he just seems the most obnoxiously republican. Claire is at a serious disadvantage because of attacks from Ham Rove. Why does he hate her so much?
I heard a fascinating interview with the two Republican candidates for Lt. Gov. on Kansas City public radio this morning. These guys seriously don't like each other. |

2. I would agree that in a rational world, she s/b able to clean the clocks...
...of all three together. But this is Missouri, where in recent years voters have been saving their brains for a special occasion, an' this ain't it. Yeah, Brunner could well be the most obnoxious GOPee guy since Talent, but with KKKarl's help, he could get in. It worries the jeezus out of me. I'd love to beat the hell out of Rove--physically as well as politically.

3. Now there's a name that sends hate chills down my spine-
Jim Talent. If you ever want to know what that a-hole did send me a pm sometime. I've told the story on the boards before, back with the old DU. It was mindnumbingly dumb.
