Democrats in Washington DC cannot always get legislation they support passed because the Republicans control the House and Senate, but there is no explanation or excuse for the complete and extreme ineffectiveness of Texas Republicans:

3. The only reason why any of the other Republicans

are more effective than Weber is because they have been representatives for a longer period of time and they managed to get a commemorative bill to rename a post office passed through committee.
