you should be able to pick up the background to this. Other journalists present have said Balls was muttering over the speech , with other colleagues , in earshot of Cameron is a an attempt to wind him up by mentioning playing games on whatever etc. I appreciate that doesn't excuse Cameron and equally doubt Balls will repeat doing so in the near future.

And I'm sure it will carry on after he's gone.

To be honest. it's the MP's who stand up to make a cheap pointless partisan point and government MP's who only speak to lob a soft question in the direction of ministers who get on my thru'penny bits more then the sledgers.

Cameron says that he was too abrupt in his last exchange with Skinner (the one when he told Skinner to retire). Skinner is an ornament to the Commons, Cameron says.
