All Hillary and the rest of the Dems have to do to win this in November is to simply REMIND

people what the GOP has done to them and the country when they are in power, in the White House and in the Congress. And then remind people what Democrats have done for them when they were in power.

The history is pretty stark. Medicare, SS, TVA, Pell grants, Affirmative Action, etc. There is a long, long list.

but I do think a Clinton victory is far more likely than the alternative.

I'm sorry . I disagree.

People went through hell in 2008 and they still blamed Obama and Democrats for the economy. Yet we followed Republican fiscal policy to a T and the economy literally crashed while Bush was in office.

America still fell for the cutting spending line. It was the perfect line for the GOP to use, for if Obama capitulated and didn't spend the economy would have really gone under and if he did spend, it seems logical that that would cause more problems, even though spending is exactly the right answer.
You dont' quit your job (tax cuts) and cut spending (stop paying the bills and cut off the utilities) to solve the problem. Most people will get a loan (cr card ) , borrow from relatives or friends or get a second job (raise taxes)
until they get back on their feet.

People simply don't understand economics very well. I'll wager most people don't really understand the difference between the debt and the deficit or they wouldn't believe that tax cuts are needed to reduce it. We cannot cut taxes to lower a deficit.

people still listen to the GOP on fiscal policy. Still back cutting spending , still think investors are "job creators" .

We increased our chances by avoiding a socialist nominee but we can take nothing for granted.

There are a lot of Red State citizens out there now.

gynocologist without having a Male Politician in the same room & sitting beside your doctor reminding him/her what medical services are no longer allowed, because you were born female.

.The political patriarchy keeps chipping away at human rights.

It is the Great United Democratic Party & Great Women in history that has kept women, minorities, LGBT from being reduced to servile worth in our society.

And btw, when is the last time Bernie Sanders addressed this issue at all?
Rather he has set out to attack the record & character of the one & only candidate who understands what is at stake for women in the Nov election. Hillary Clinton actually has a long record on Equal & Human Rights, as does her Dem Party.

Yet with the relentless villification of Hillary & her Dem Party, we hear barely a peep from Sanders on these critical issues.

The only priority he has addressed in his campaign is to destroy through lies & character assassination the only person who will protect & advance the fact that "Women's Rights Are Human Rights".
