Gay friend told a joke last night about lettering.

Big diverse group of people sitting around drinking and shooting the bull.
Someone asked what the Q means in LGBTQ.
one person said queer but was corrected that it is “questioning”.
Then, somebody pipes up with this gem.
“I think they should add an A to make it LGBTQA. The A would represent people like me for
“AND (that one time in college).”

I thought it was kinda funny.

This link says it is both, "questioning" and "queer". So, I have learned something new today.

https://www.quora.com/What-does-each-letter-of-LGBTQIA-stand-for

"...L — lesbian

G — gay

B — bisexual

T — transgender (Transgender is an acceptable label for anyone who does not identify as the gender they were assigned to at birth. An asterisk (i.e., trans*) was once used to include non-binary people, but it’s not necessary, since non-binary people are already trans.)

Q — queer or questioning; the Q stands for both.

I — intersex (this is controversial, and some intersex people do not wish to be considered LGBTQ+.)..."...

In college that told all the women he wanted to sleep with that he was a virgin and asexual.
He said he just wasn’t interested in sex but otherwise really loved women.
Some women bought it and looked at him as a sexual challenge and he’d say that they were so wonderful that he found himself sexually aroused for the first time.
He was such a con artist.
