Busy in the kitchen today

I put a Yankee pot roast together, although I used Brussels sprouts instead of cabbage. For a change in flavor, I used red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

I had cucumbers, so I made spicy cucumbers, made like kimchee, and served fresh. I prepared a pack of shiritaki noodles. Along with seaweed snacks and soy sauce, it'll be a low-carb snack which tastes like spring rolls. And a real treat!

I won't have to cook for a few days. What have you been up to?
