6. Chicken breast medallions

(OOOPS!!! Wrong place!!!)


in gravy w/ mushrooms, served over homemade rice pilaf, and sauteed asparagus.

Dessert will probably be an ice cream cone--coffee almond fudge ice cream.




I don't usually cook white meat chicken for fear of over cooking it, and also because it doesn't have has much flavor as the dark meat. It came out pretty good.

7. There's a breakfast thread each day?

I'll just tell you all ... often, whole wheat pancakes, banana, donut. Sometimes 1/2 lemon with spices and apple cider vinegar or apple. Sometimes Cream of Wheat, oat bran, oatmeal, or some combination. Sometimes roll, bagel, or English Muffin with egg, bacon, ham and often broccoli or green beans. And cold brewed overnight coffee. I don't think I've eaten any different breakfast for months and months. Not since pre-covid which is when I gave up Pop-Tarts, corn flakes.

So there. Once and done.
