I use a Weber smoky mountain and I have a really cool “Cajun microwave,” which doesn’t smoke the meats but creates beautifully high heat with the coals on top, out in the open.

Look forward to hearing how it works out!

But I guess if you need a lot of space and this is the only way to get it ...
