Shrimp scampi pasta.
Tossed green salad with cucumbers, tomato, and red onion.
Dessert: orange tea and banana pudding. The pudding has caramel over it and caramelized mixed nuts. Also shortbread cookies to go with it.

Roast turkey breast and brown rice simmered in stock all from freezer. A little celery and onion too.
I'll peruse the leftovers in a bit for broccoli. Mandarin orange likely too
It's a work night for TJ so it is bachelor night for me and little Manny aka FLFC.
FLFC is snoozing off his dinner of leftover steak and wanted more so he had some burger, licks of peanut butter and banana. He is having trouble standing at times, but he figures out how to sit or lay down and eat. It is both sad and funny. He had a unusually big appetite tonight.

I put 2 of them in the freezer, cooking red beans with the third one.

(9,580 posts)creamed spinach with gouda and mushrooms, small salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing/crumbles. Yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
Pinto beans with ham hock and onions in the slow cooker for breakfast tomorrow.
Retrograde
(10,073 posts)with bok choy from the farmers' market this morning, duck stock, the rest of the can of the coconut milk from earlier this week, and rice noodles. Still have about a quart of duck stock left.
