What's for Dinner, Sat., Febr. 26, 2022

Shrimp scampi pasta.

Tossed green salad with cucumbers, tomato, and red onion.

Dessert: orange tea and banana pudding. The pudding has caramel over it and caramelized mixed nuts. Also shortbread cookies to go with it.

Roast turkey breast and brown rice simmered in stock all from freezer. A little celery and onion too.
I'll peruse the leftovers in a bit for broccoli. Mandarin orange likely too

It's a work night for TJ so it is bachelor night for me and little Manny aka FLFC.

FLFC is snoozing off his dinner of leftover steak and wanted more so he had some burger, licks of peanut butter and banana. He is having trouble standing at times, but he figures out how to sit or lay down and eat. It is both sad and funny. He had a unusually big appetite tonight.

and had the butcher cross cut it into three sections.

I put 2 of them in the freezer, cooking red beans with the third one.

Cornbread of course
