I do use MTG on my horses' tails! Also ivermectin! But I'm no covid wacko! 😁😆

Here's what I'm referring to - sorry MCT oil!!

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/mct-oil-benefits

MCT oil is a supplement that has become popular among athletes and body builders. The popularity of coconut oil, high in MCTs, has contributed to its use.

As the name suggests, medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil contains medium-length chains of fats called triglycerides. Due to their shorter length, MCTs are more easily digested than longer-chain fatty acids found in many other foods.

I have heard of MCT from Keto diet. I did a double take when I saw MTG oil. Probably autocorrected you for Marjorie Taylor Green.

Pretty simple. Fill it about 1/3 full of frozen strawberries, pour in some milk, stevia to taste, fill the rest of the way up with water, and whirl away. Thick, creamy, and so lucious!

Ingredients:
Frozen banana chunks
Orange or pineapple juice, chilled.

As bananas ripen, break two of them into 1-inch chunks, which go into a sealable container. Freeze for at least one day.
Allow banana chunks to thaw slightly.
Put in blender.
Add juice.
Pulse blend until smooth(!).
Pour into tall glasses, with long-handled (iced-tea) spoons.

Enjoy!

I usually wait until the peel is a nice blend of yellow and brown. The fruit should still be mostly firm, rather than mushy.

Bon Appetit!

In blender:

1) Briefly blend about 1/4 cup Egg Whites (from carton), splash of Pomegranate Juice, heaping tablespoon of Plain Greek Non-fat Yogurt, sprinkle in some hulled Hemp Seeds and Ground Flax Seed together (about 30 secs).
2) Add 1/3 frozen banana, about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, and a few (4-8 depending on size) frozen strawberries, about 1/4 cup water, and blend til smooth.

Seedless cucumber purée
Tomato juice
Horseradish
Raw oyster
Vodka

Layer the ingredients in a shot glass that has spicy Old Bay around the rim.

Not for the faint-of-heart and one’s enough!

I have a Blendtec. It's a commercial model I bought used and was certainly used in a commercial environment. The thing is bulletproof and I've had it for years. It takes it about 10 seconds to blend my breakfast smoothie even though it's quite thick.

I basically do what everyone else does and sometime I ad veg based protein powder, maybe some un sweetened cocoa powder. Some days more fruit, some days more veg.
Great way to get your greens...

in microwave until carrot is fairly soft. load blender with a good handful of baby spinach and two or three cupped hands of fresh or frozen fruit. my go to is usually strawberries and blueberries with a few cranberries added. dump the hot carrot and date on top. add some liquid. I use between 1/4 and 1/2 cup tart cherry juice and either water, milk, or even cold tea. blend until smooth. add about 1/4+ cup yogurt. then add ice to your taste/texture preference.

the original recipe this is adapted from also called for a tablespoon of seeds, nuts, or nut butter, but I would rather eat nuts on the side.
