1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces
olive oil
garlic powder
sea salt
black pepper
Directions
I a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and herbs and combine. Heat up the grill and in a grill wok or basket, cook cauliflower until nicely browned over low heat.

(37,549 posts)2. I've grilled cauliflower as a steak....you just have
to cut it top to bottom, and grill it over indirect heat for about 12 minutes. Then char it a bit on the hotter side of the grill and serve. It makes a good steak on its own, or you could use it as a base for other grilled veggies or meat.
