We'll probably just have something like a salad or soup later on, as we went to our favorite Portuguese restaurant after I picked up the RG from coming in from Italy. I had ceviche, lamb chops, and spicy albondigas meatballs. There was also rice, mixed vegetables, handmade potato chips, etc. Big salad, very little of which I had because I had an omelette late in the morning. Terrific bottle of wine.
For dessert, walnut pie with ice cream.

(3,409 posts)Whole wheat pita bread spread with basil pesto. Topped with fresh roma tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, a pinch of oregano, and romano and mozzarella cheese. I didn't have any black olives. Strawberry yogurt for dessert.
