Maybe a slice of cauliflower pizza crust. I made more last night. I've found it's easy to experiment with them if you think of the ingredients in a ratio form. Last night I tried one with cheddar cheese and an Anaheim pepper. As you probably know, the Anaheim is not nearly as hot as a jalopeno, and they're known to vary in their hotness. The RG told me the one he'd cut wasn't very hot so I used it. Well, it is hot, so I have one very spicy cauliflower crust. At least it will wake me up in the absence of coffee!

I made another with mozzarella and no peppers.

Hot ginger tea, sweetened with agave.

but I've been hoping to make some no-bake cookies this weekend, and I'll need the oatmeal for those (but I won't need eggs, lol).

The other problem I have is that carb-centric brekkie makes me feel pretty sluggish.

The end of the month can be trying for me. I do my best to make-do with what we have, but I also try to be creative.
