What's for Dinner, Wed., April 1, 2020

Chicken cutlets, breaded in panko. Baked in oven with lemon slices and served with a bit of mayonnaise.

Salad with soy-ginger-sesame dressing. Chopped red and yellow pepper, cucumber, red onion.

Freshly baked cornbread with red pepper in it.

Apricot-filled crepe for dessert. Hot ginger tea to go with it.

I made some ginger/scallion ground chicken meatballs a few days ago, I'll add them to the noodle mix.

With lots of beans and raw onions. An advantage to living by yourself in a time of social distancing is that you don’t have to worry about gas or bad breath.
