What's for Dinner, Tues., June 9, 2020

Lamb stew. Has carrots, potatoes, all the usual lamb stew vegetables.

Arugula salad with chopped apple, pistachios, and Swiss cheese bits. I cut the arugula fresh this morning.
The RG made the dressing. I took a pic and if it turned out, I'll post it shortly.

It's not the greatest and thank heavens they have a spot image fix because one of the pistachios looked like a bug!

I have homemade chicken stock, Wild Rice, dried porcini, onion, celery, garlic, turnip and canned tomatoes. Might be ok but it’s all on hand.

And pick a salad from the garden.
