Dinner
I made cucumber kimchi, had to use sweet onions because I forgot to order green onions, so maybe I should call it spicy cucumbers. Peanut butter chicken and a frozen eggroll. So glad I made the effort

1. I'm making homemade eggrolls.
With ground pork, cabbage and homemade dipping sauce. Mm. Can't wait.

3. I make them every once in a while.
Of course I use store bought wrappers. It's not that hard to do and oh so good.

4. I had a Korean sister-in-law
She taught me how to make yaki Mandu. I haven't made them for a few years. Hard to set up to make a few for me

5. Polish deli
The RG went to the Polish deli and then to a large grocery store that we've never patronized before. We're having chicken and mashed potatoes. I made a salad to go with, which is mixed greens and veggies like carrots, celery, cucumber, etc.
On my salad I put honey mustard dressing and used pretzels as a crunchy for the top. Really good! For dessert, the RG bought quattro leches cake (to compare to my tres leches from yesterday). Also caramel pudding to go with it. Found some chocolates that are shaped like kisses but are actually truffles. That's dessert. Coffee. |

12. Comfort food any time!
I got some bacon recently. The cat and I are enjoying it as I dole it out. She is not thrilled with the timing
