Why the hell is Politico showing the results in NH when voting is still going on

There are a couple of tiny hamlets that vote just past midnight and the results are released.

There are 3 towns in NH that vote at midnight, then count their ballots. Since they're tiny towns, they can get results out in about 20 mins to an hour.

Remember there were some polls open last night. There was a story in LBN about it and that sanders won in those areas, the 1% that says are reporting.
